MHW is certified in accordance with the quality management system DIN ISO 9001:2015 annually. This certification shows that we offer our partners and customers high quality with our services. This is reflected in consistently high customer satisfaction index scores.

MHW SUCCESSFULLY CERTIFED UNDER DIN ISO 9001:2015

MHW has been successfully audited by the certification body TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH in accordance with the international DIN ISO 9001:2015 Standard every year since 2012. This certification is proof of the continuous improvement process of the company’s internal quality management system. It assesses the internal company processes with a focus on issues such as customer focus and satisfaction, employee motivation and process transparency.

WHAT DOES THE ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION MEAN FOR YOU?

The DIN ISO 9001 certificate proves that our internal company processes comply with the International Standard for quality management. This gives our customers security and has ensured a higher-than-average level of customer satisfaction for many years thanks to transparent, smooth processes. Our main services, the telemedical service and the emergency management processes, are particularly assessed during the annual audit. Particularly for a medical Assistance service such as MHW, it is vitally important that all processes and steps to be taken in an emergency interlink and clear responsibilities are defined so that the customer can benefit from optimal emergency management.

ABOVE AVERAGE LEVEL OF SATISFACTION

One of the main objectives of ISO 9001:2015 is customer satisfaction. By systematically surveying our customers regarding their satisfaction with our services, we are able to use valid findings to influence our company decisions.

The average results of the customer satisfaction questionnaires, which are carried out on an ongoing basis, are equivalent to the German school grade of 1.3. We are very proud of this feedback, which motivates us to further pursue this high quality in our day-to-day work.
